For each call received we will take a message which can be relayed to you by phone, email, fax, text, voice mail or noted on our message system ready for you to phone or pop in and collect. For those all important calls we can patch directly to your mobile, office or home. We can also screen those unwanted calls.
Onestop Secretarial will provide you with your own business telephone number to use on your stationery and marketing material. If you have an established phone number and are reluctant to change, we can arrange for a simple divert from your existing number to us.
